  • Question: How can I cancel my order?
  • Answer: You can cancel your order, you can contact us to help you cancel your order. But you need to contact us before your order has been sent out. We cannot help you cancel your order once the goods have been sent out. Thank you for your understand!
  • Note: You will be notified by email once the order has been sent. So it is can not to cancel the order after the goods have been shipped.   • Question: What if I enter the wrong email or address?
  • Answer: Please contact us directly. We can change your email address, name, and address, but we cannot change your order.

  • QUESTION: Can I use more than discount codes in one order?
  • Answer: If you need to purchase a couple of lighting products, wholesale any items or need customization for the projects or your big estate, please contact us at info@restoralighting.com and we will get back to you with discount information.

  • QUESTION: I have a high ceiling. Can I customize the length of the rod or cord? 
  • Answer: Yes sure. Please contact us and let us know the height of your ceiling.
  • Note: Normally we will provide 120 inches long rods/cords/chains, but we can customize it into a longer size. Please Contact us though email: info@restoralighting.com if you need a longer one.

  • Question: Are BRONZE and BLACK the same color? 
  • Answer: No, bronze and black are not the same color. If you need matte black, You need to confirm with our customer service, because the production process is different. 

  • Question: Do you replace damaged parts caused by shipment? Free or not? 
  • Answer:  Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if they are damaged during shipping process. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
  • Note: We rarely encounter such problems. We have done many anti-fall tests. In order to protect every piece of glass and crystal, we will not only carefully pack inside the package, but also have a solid wooden box outside to protect the safety of the goods. Before shipping we will send you photos/videos to prove that everything is good before leaving the factory.

  • Question:  Are your products the same as the famous brands?
  • Answer: We use the same materials and undertake the same craftmanship to produce the same designs in the same colors and sizes. We a lighting manufacturer taking care of the whole production from raw materials to quality control. 

  • Question: Can I get a full refun if there is a qualtity issue? 
  • Answer: We support full refunds due to quality issues. (Pictures are required as evidence)
    We will also give you options:
    1). We send you a new replacement product.
    2). If you don't like it anymore, we'll give you a full refund.

  • Question: How long does it take to get the product? 
  •  Answer: Production takes 3-7 days, and shipping from factory to your address normally takes 2-3 weeks.
